Mojito

                                                                                                                                  

Ingredients

  • 30ml White Rum
  • ½ fresh lime
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • caster sugar
  • Dash of soda water
  • Cubed ice or crushed ice
  • To Garnish: Sprig of Fresh Mint, cucumber

Direction



  1. Put the four lime wedges into a glass, then add the sugar and muddle (squish everything together) to release the lime juice
  2. Put the mint leaves on one hand and clap. This bruises the leaves and releases the aroma. Rub the mint leaves around the rim of the glass and drop them in. Use a muddler to gently push the mint down into the lime juice
  3. Half fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the white rum. Stir the mix together until the sugar dissolves,
  4. Top up with crushed ice, a splash of the soda water and garnish it with a sprig of mint and slice of cucumber

Iced Tea!

                                                                                                       

INGREDIENTS 

  • 4 tea bags of any good-quality black tea
  • 1 medium lemon or orange
  • 4 cups simmering water
  • Ice
  • Rich simple syrup 



DIrection:

  1. 1.Place the tea bags in a large heatproof glass pitcher. Use a vegetable peeler to strip the peel from the lemon or orange, avoiding as much of the white pith as possible, and add the peel to the pitcher.
  2. 2.Pour the simmering water into the pitcher and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and discard. Refrigerate the tea until cool.
  3. 3.To serve, fill iced tea glasses with ice and pour the tea over the ice. Sweeten with simple syrup, if desired.

 Island Blast          

                                                                                                                              Ingredients:
1 small to medium banana
1 rib of celery
¼ cucumber
1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
1 small handful of parsley
½ inch piece of ginger
1-2 cups of coconut water 
Directions:
1. Blend the peeled banana & cucumber together
2.Add pieces of fresh or frozen pineapple and blend it
3. Add ginger ,celery and parsley to it and blend
4. Add in Coconut water and serve it with the sprig of celery stick

   Pear Party Smoothie 

                                                                            

Ingredients :
1 large pear
1 small Banana
1/2 Avocado 
4-5 Sprigs of Spinach
4-5 Sprigs of Lettuce
1/2 Tbsp of cinnamon powder
1 cup of water

Directions:
1. Wash the ingredients
2. Cut the pear in 4 parts, break down the banana in small parts, slice the avocado & blend it together.  Add little water to it
3. Blend the spinach & lettuce (romaine lettuce recommended) together in the blender
4. Add the left over water and mix it well
5. Serve it in your favorite mason jar garnish it with a pear slice and enjoy your pear Party.
